Description
In a letter issued to Dymally on November 18, 1987, US House of Representatives Sergeant at Arms Jack Russ attached pictures of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni’s visit to the Unites States. Dymally is shown accompanying President Museveni to a few meetings. The details of the interactions are undisclosed, but based on the body language and facial expressions, the discussions are serious. When these pictures with Dymally were taken Museveni had only come to power the year before, in 1986. He is still President of Uganda today, in 2021.
