This is a micro-documentary the documents the conservation between Meagan Amaral and her tía, Martha. This conversation explores self-actualization when coming to terms with queerness especially within Mexican-American culture, religion and family dynamics. Mexican culture plays a significant role in dictating what is acceptable behavior and sexuality for women. However, with Martha’s testimonio, we can see that the road of self-actualization can.
